Hello

Welcome to One Stop Weight Loss.

I aim to create a really useful website for those of us who want to lose weight healthily and permanently.

By gathering information, tips and tools and reporting my findings back to you I hope to help you with your battle with the bulge.

Eventually I would like to have a comprehensive database of everyday foods and their calorific values, this will obviously take a lot of research and time, so please do check back and even leave a comment with your findings if you'd like to.

I also feel that a weight loss real stories section, with photos, would be great as I know that this can be so inspiring and motivational for others. Let me know if you'd like to contribute. I would love to hear from you.
